Aliviane SALUD Project Providers

• In El Paso, TX, Wellington developed and deployed a continuum of care web portal for Aliviane, Inc. The portal provided client registration, assessment, and assignment of services accessible by staff conducting e-therapy to adults with substance abuse problems residing in rural counties. The full-featured web portal provided clients with access to easy-to-use information about Aliviane’s electronic counseling and client support services, an online registration form and other forms requiring electronic signatures from the client.

AHCCCS Arizona State Opioid Response No Cost Extension and SOR II.

• Wellington developed a web-based GPRA tool for community providers to use with participants to collect data at intake, six months, and discharge. A User Guide and training on the use of the web-based GPRA were provided to the providers. A tracking log was developed to alert providers with the due dates for 6-month follow-up interview and the completion rate to date.

Arizona Department of Health Services, Teen Pregnancy Prevention Providers

• Wellington developed and maintained a web-based data collection portal utilized by 30 contractors and provided ongoing support and assistance to programmatic staff regarding data entry issues. The site was developed to include a specific TA request button that generated a technical assistance request that was sent directly to the TA support staff for this project. Technical assistance was also provided to Teen Pregnancy Prevention Providers on the submission of semi‐annual reports to ensure accurate data entry and submission.

Arizona Governor's Office of Youth, Faith and Family

• Development and maintenance of the Arizona Substance Abuse Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Services Locator program inventory, database and search engine.

• Youth and Family Services program Locator for the Arizona Juvenile Justice Commission.

Arizona Department of Health Services

• As the state contractor for the AZ ETO Help Desk, Wellington Group provides a single point of contact for technical support for users of the AZ ETO System. The Wellington Group staff of the AZ ETO Help Desk provide ongoing technical support through telephone, text message, and email for users in order to identify and solve any problem AZ ETO users encounter while completing data entry in the ETO System. The Wellington Group is dedicated to responding to any AZ ETO Help Desk inquiries promptly within 24 hours of receipt.  

Hualapai Tribe

• Development of a comprehensive Data Management System for the Hualapai Tribe's Health, Education, and Wellness Department using FileMaker software.  User Guides developed for different levels of access.

NARBHA Partnership for Success Prevention Providers

• Wellington developed and maintained a web-based data collection portal utilized by substance abuse prevention coalition staff to record monthly and quarterly data and progress. Technical assistance was provided to all users pertaining to data entry, report generation and support for data corrections.

Navajo Nation OSERS-Adult Vocational Rehabilitation Program

• Wellington designed and developed the Navajo Nation’s Adult Vocational Rehabilitation & Independent Living   database system. Wellington worked with OSERS-AVR/IL to design the data system to collect, analyze and interpret performance measure data required for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Tribal MIECHV Providers

• Wellington developed three customized data collection systems for Tribal MIECHV data collection and reporting. The systems were designed to assist home visitation staff conducting the Parents As Teachers program to implement the data collection forms for First Things First, the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visitation (MIECHV) grant at the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), and the Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visitation (Tribal MIECHV) grant. Wellington trained data entry staff and developed extensive User Guides. The providers included Cocopah Indian Tribe, the Navajo Nation in Arizona and New Mexico, and Hualapai Tribe.

Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) Data System

• Initially funded through the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program, a data system was designed and built by Wellington that facilitated the collection of the performance measure data required from individuals participating in the program. This included the number of assessments, disposition, number of court based and/or alternative jail diversion strategies services provided and recidivism outcomes. It also included the number of offenders with mental illness and /or co-occurring disorder accessing support services.
